Mind is the energy of our brain to think, feel and choose.

This process works simultaneously. As we think, our brains connect to all parts of our body and feel it. 

Example, in an accident, you don’t feel the injuries right away until we realize we are in an painful situation. Likewise, if we think of something good, we feel good, delighted. 

Talk! Get that weight off your chest, have a good old rant, and tell someone exactly how you are feeling. 

Our mind should be healthy enough to make better decisions, and help our body feel good.
